About This Project

The Texas Pain & Spine project is a 6,000 square-foot build-out of an existing building and is part of a small office park in the Park Hudson development in Bryan, Texas. Local architecture firm, The Arkitex Studio, provided architectural design services for the master plan of the office park as well as the design of the shell buildings, a group of seven proposed buildings. The developer wanted the buildings to be visually reminiscent of colonial buildings in Williamsburg, Virginia. The owner of the Texas Pain & Spine Consultants purchased one of the buildings and hired The Arkitex Studio, to design the interior. The design has a simple, contemporary, conservative look. The two large procedure rooms are in the center of the building and have frosted glass clerestory windows to borrow light from the corridor and surrounding offices and exam rooms. There are facilities for two doctors with six exam rooms and support offices.
