The Texas Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center of Excellence partnered with the renowned sports training company, D1, to offer comprehensive orthopedic and sports-related services to the Brazos Valley. Collaborating with Brazos Valley Health Realty II, the property developer, Arkitex Studio embarked on a project to cater to the unique requirements of both organizations.
Upon entering the facility, visitors are greeted by a welcoming entry lobby, providing access to both spaces on the first floor. Additionally, the lobby leads to the second floor.
To foster collaboration among medical staff and ensure efficient patient care, the exam rooms were arranged in pods. This layout allows the team to work collectively in a central area while attending to patients in the surrounding exam and consultation rooms. Emphasizing the planned synergy between CTSM and D1 in addressing their clients' sports injuries and training needs, the physical therapy suite was positioned at the intersection of both facilities. This location serves to highlight and facilitate the cooperation between the two entities.
