Arkitex is proud of its collaboration with higher education entities. We hold IDIQ (indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity) contracts and provide design and construction administration services on a wide array of projects, including: specialty animal facilities, technology, office, teaching, research, lab spaces, and historical renovations.
Each project has a unique set of design standards and challenges. This opens the door to a more comprehensive look at sustainable design and makes maintenance, as well as adaptability, key considerations through which we approach project decisions.
We performed worked for The Texas A&M University System, The Texas A&M University System State Agencies, TAMUS RELLIS, Texas A&M University – Commerce, Prairie View A&M University, Blinn College – Bryan, Blinn College – Brenham.
Arkitex has designed more than 80 publicly funded projects in the last five years. We understand the process, challenges, expectations, and needs of higher education entities.
