The Owner of the 1947 Varisco Tower (Originally a JC Penny) renovated the building into a craft distillery. The 2 ½ story copper still is the focal point of the project.

The ground level contains retail space and a small bar. The mezzanine level is a lounge for patrons and visitor to relax, having a view over the retail area and the still. The basement holds the still which is extended up through the ground level floor. The basement also houses the lab, bottling, and storage. The adjacent Varisco Annex contains the lifeline of the operation – the mash cooker, fermentation tanks, and grain storage.
