Civic Municipal Project
The City of College Station Northgate Park, located near the popular Northgate Entertainment District, which is frequented by college students, includes a pavilion, drinking fountains, picnic facilities, new lighting, and landscape improvements.
Primary considerations in the design included minimizing maintenance requirements, developing details which would both fit into the rapidly modernizing aesthetic of the area and withstand heavy student-use being near the university, controlling costs, and working within the strict design requirements of the Northgate District.
