Katie Burgo, born and raised in Houma, Louisiana, graduated from Louisiana State University in 2024 where she earned a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Interior Design. Katie joined Arkitex Studio in September of 2024 as an Architectural Staff member.

During college, Katie worked at a local garden center where she grew her love for plants and her customer service skills. After relocating to the Bryan-College Station area, she took a part time job coaching pre-school gymnastics to start to connect with the community.

When she isn’t working, Katie enjoys spending time with her cats, catching up on her favorite shows, taking care of her plants, cross-stitching, and gymnastics.
