Samira Hosseini
Samira joined The Arkitex Studio in 2023 as Project Manager, where she oversees project coordination and supports the successful delivery of a variety of architectural projects. She is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) at the national, state, and local chapter levels. Before joining Arkitex, Samira served as a Project Manager at Winchester Architects, where she contributed to high-end single-family, multifamily, and commercial projects throughout Texas, with a particular focus on Austin-based projects.
Samira earned a Bachelor of Architecture Engineering degree in 2007 and a Master of Architecture degree in 2009. She is a licensed architect overseas since 2013 and holds a LEED Green Associate certification, reflecting her passion for sustainable design. She has also contributed to architectural research through published work, including the article “Urban Spatial Structure in Central Iran” in the Journal of International Research on Placemaking and Urban Sustainability.
When she isn’t working, Samira enjoys spending time with her husband and son, watching her son play piano, biking, watching movies, and exploring new destinations for inspiration.
